Hi, I’m Lipi Virani
A holistic lifestyle and nutrition coach, holistic life coach and certified mind-body practitioner, specialised in working with moms.
Having an educational background in Occupational Therapy, and then going on to becoming a certified Holistic Health and Life Coach and Mind Body Practitioner, I leverage my passion for science and inclination for spirituality in my work. I use evidence-based techniques from neuroscience and positive psychology to tackle health and well-being on a profound level by creating sustainable behaviour change.
My mission is to help moms so that they can become the best version of themselves for their children. Being a mom of 3, trying to juggle work, family life, and my own passions has been nothing short of a challenge, one I was completely unprepared for. I understand the struggles that come along with this title and I noticed that most moms were thrown into the deep end once they had children, neglecting their own health to put their children and family first. While the intention of wanting the best for our children is pure, losing ourselves in the process leads to dissatisfaction and resentment, which eventually compromises how we show up for our kids. Furthermore, constantly having our sympathetic nervous system in overdrive leads to many health implications for ourselves, such as fatigue, low immunity, restless sleep, sluggish digestion, and a sense of being perpetually overwhelmed.
By helping moms calm their nervous system and look after their physical health and mental well-being, my aspiration is that the benefits ripple down to their children, who will have a mindful, resilient and empowered role model to learn from. These children will indefinitely benefit from embodying these traits themselves, leading to more conscious and empowered future generations.
